Leith is a highly regarded and experienced director in the water sector. She has extensive catchment management and stakeholder engagement knowledge, particularly in complex, ambiguous, culturally diverse and politicised contexts. She is a founding director of the Australian WaterTrust and has always believed in a people-centric approach to tackling water issues having learned early in life that it is people that solve problems, not science or technology.
