Daniel (or Dan) is a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation, partnerships and developing sustainable water solutions that enable decarbonisation. He is the Managing Director of Legacie – a water infrastructure developer focused on delivering reliable supply for the resources sector through ethical partnership models. Recognised as an industry thought leader, Daniel’s contribution to innovation, sustainability and the water sector has been profound. He has worked in over 25 countries and delivered leading first-of-a-kind solutions for recycled water, water resilience and desalination projects.

As you can imagine, Daniel has been recognised on multiple occasions for his contributions to the Engineering profession and the water sector. More recently, in June this year, Daniel was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to engineering, particularly to the water sector and professional associations.
